Billy Navarro started Billy's Demo in 2017 after years of playing in bands around the Austin area left him more interested in the sound board than the stage. He launched the business with a single PA system and a pickup truck, taking whatever gigs came his way while building relationships with venue owners and event coordinators across Round Rock and Georgetown.

Today Billy's Demo handles sound production for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and live music nights at local bars and outdoor venues. He works across the northern Austin corridor and keeps his service area tight enough to stay responsive. Most clients book him directly through word of mouth or a Weird Wire ATX referral, and he prefers it that way.

What separates Billy from larger AV companies is the solo operation model. There is no crew to coordinate, no account manager in the middle, and no surprises on the invoice. Clients get Billy on the phone, Billy at the event, and Billy breaking down the gear at the end of the night. For events under 300 people, that simplicity is usually exactly what the job calls for.
