DescriptionNature's Treasures opened in Austin in 2000 as owner Karen Richards' dream to blend her love of rocks with metaphysical energy. The business consolidated three locations into one in 2012, then in 2025 relocated to its current 15,000-square-foot showroom at 11055 N Interstate Hwy 35 due to the IH-35 expansion project. The showroom houses a wide selection of crystals, minerals, fossils, gemstones, jewelry, Tibetan singing bowls, salt lamps, and authentic Native American creations. Beyond the retail floor, the Rock Yard and Rock Depot offer bulk and rough stone, boulders, decorator pieces, lapidary tools, and jewelry-making supplies, with in-house cutting, drilling, and polishing services. The site includes a 5,000-square-foot Community Event Center available for classes, workshops, and private events. Nature's Treasures serves as a gathering space for practitioners offering massage therapy, tarot readings, and other metaphysical services. Daily practitioners work in-store, and the business hosts events and classes year-round.
