Chance Leigh has been building homes in Central Texas for more than 20 years. He started in commercial construction working on big box retail projects, then moved into residential in the early 2000s with Clark Wilson Homes and Capital Pacific Homes, working his way from superintendent to project manager. In 2003 he took on land development for over 1,000 lots, helping set up HOA and MUD boards, then managed new construction for Green Builders starting in 2007. In 2010, he set out on his own and founded Chance Leigh Custom Homes.
The company builds custom homes across Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, and the Hill Country, from single-story family homes to two-story estates. Every home is designed in-house using 3D technology, so clients can see photorealistic renderings before construction starts, and every finished home is HERS energy rated with blower door and duct blaster testing for lower bills and long-term durability. Chance is on site daily managing every trade himself, and the company is one of the few custom builders in the area to offer in-house construction financing.
