About Dos Salsas

Dos Salsas has served Tex-Mex in downtown Georgetown since March 1999, when owner Memo Plata opened the restaurant with his own recipes and spice blends. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm, built around Migas and Chilaquiles alongside $1 mimosa refills. The rest of the menu leans into classic Tex-Mex: Queso Dos Salsas, Supreme Nachos, enchiladas finished in Suiza sauce, a jalapeno bacon burger, and fajitas with a low-carb option. Kids get their own Niño Enchilada plate, and flan closes things out.
