About MasFajitas
MasFajitas traces back to 1997, when brothers Alberto and Mario Sorto opened the first location in Caldwell, Texas, after years spent learning the restaurant business as bussers at their uncle's restaurant. The Georgetown location at 3010 Williams Dr, just minutes from the Historic Georgetown Square and Southwestern University, is one of eight MasFajitas restaurants now open across Central Texas, all built around the same family-run Tex-Mex kitchen the brothers started with.
The menu centers on sizzling fajitas cooked with the restaurant's own seasoning blend and served on a hot skillet, alongside enchiladas, tacos, and platters built for sharing. The Fajitas Caldwell Special, a mix of beef, chicken, and shrimp with fresh tomatoes, poblano peppers, and onions, is the kitchen's most popular dish, and Sorto's Platter piles chicken, beef, shrimp skewer, carnitas, and jalapeno cheese sausage onto one skillet for groups of 2 to 12. Beyond the fajita lineup, the kitchen also turns out quesa-birria, brisket enchiladas, ceviche, tacos al pastor, and a bar list of margaritas, beer-ritas, and Mexican martinis.
The Georgetown location runs its own happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 6pm, and caters offices, banquets, and weddings across the Georgetown area. Regulars come for Texas-sized fajita portions, family-friendly service, and a bar built for date nights and celebrations, all just minutes from the Square. Georgetown hours run 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am to 10pm Friday and Saturday.
