Since 2012, Chef John Braga and his wife Roxana have brought authentic Italian tradition to Georgetown. Born in Brazil to an Italian mother, Chef Braga trained in New York and New Jersey's finest establishments before acquiring Milano Trattoria-a passion project built on family hospitality and quality ingredients. Every dish is prepared fresh daily, from handcrafted pastas to award-winning Osso Buco (voted Best in Austin, TX, 2008). The menu spans pasta, seafood, veal, chicken, and wood-fired pizzas, each reflecting traditional Italian recipes executed with care.
