Sorn Thai Kitchen by Seeda brings the heart of Thailand to downtown Georgetown with recipes inspired by tradition and crafted with care. Head chef Sirin and co-owner Brendan Sipple draw on Sirin's family recipes and traditions, combined with contributions from business partner Sonny Moffitt, to create meals that feel both comforting and exciting. Every dish reflects the balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy that defines authentic Thai cuisine. The menu spans classic favorites-Tom Yum, pad Thai, curries, and fried rice-alongside signature specialties like Thai Red Curry with Roasted Duck and Tiger Cry (grilled New York strip). Appetizers range from Sorn's Rolls and Thai Golden Bags to Satay and fresh spring rolls. Fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques are hallmarks of every plate, from soups to desserts like sweet sticky rice with mango. The welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality extend to private parties, catering, and online reservations for a smooth dining experience. Sorn Thai opened in late December 2025 and has quickly become a community gathering spot for authentic Thai flavors in a beautiful space.
