Dale's Essenhaus

Dale's Essenhaus is a family-run restaurant and live-music venue at 3900 FM 972 near Walburg, just outside Georgetown, Texas, owned by Dale Cockerell. The restaurant has been open for close to three decades, serving down-home cooking and classic American dishes inspired by traditional recipes.
