DescriptionOne Eleven East is a downtown Hutto event venue housed in a 19th-century building constructed in 1893 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Owner Brooke Greer reimagined the long-vacant space, fusing its historic character with contemporary edge for a venue that emphasizes story and natural light. The main floor features a distinctive 16-foot custom-built bar that doubles as a buffet, exposed white brick walls, an industrial-glass steel door, soaring 15-foot-high beadboard ceilings, and abundant natural light. A year-round indoor courtyard (no rain plan needed) offers thoughtful landscaping and festoon string lights. The second floor includes a loft balcony overlooking the main area and two private furnished suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and vanity counter. Hutto's downtown gem accommodates intimate to mid-size celebrations, seating 150 guests for dinner-style service or up to 250 for cocktail events. An on-site catering prep kitchen is available. Through sister companies Contigo Catering, Table Manners, and Ocaso Catering, comprehensive event support is available.
