Pie Jacked

Pie Jacked is a dedicated gluten-free, top-nine allergen-free, vegan bakery founded on five generations of pie-making expertise. Mama Joyce, a third-generation pie maker, began experimenting with traditional recipes after family members developed food allergies, creating tender, flaky crusts and fillings using real fruits and quality ingredients free of wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.

Beyond their signature pies in multiple sizes and flavors, the bakery offers breads, rolls, biscuits, cakes, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. Since 2015 they supplied local shops, then opened their dedicated Pflugerville facility in 2017. Products are available for pickup at the Round Rock location, at partner retailers including Wheatsville Co-op, Whole Foods Market at multiple Austin locations, and People's Rx.

Their pies are made from a place of love and family values, free of GMO ingredients and corn, using real cane sugar and organic, non-hydrogenated vegan shortenings.
