Urban Betty is an independently owned salon and spa chain founded by Chelle Neff, who has been innovating in the salon industry for decades. The Round Rock location brings the brand's full suite of hair and skincare services to central Texas, creating a community-focused space for beauty and wellness.

Hair services include cuts, color (including vivids and pastels), platinum blonde styling, hair extensions, Brazilian blowout, and the signature Betty blowout. Skincare services span facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash extensions, lash and brow enhancements, waxing, and tooth gems. Urban Betty also carries its own haircare product line formulated without sulfates, silicones, phthalates, parabens, dyes, or pore-clogging oils.
