Hard Count Kitchen & Cocktails

Hard Count Kitchen & Cocktails is a locally owned restaurant and bar at The Summit at Rivery Park in Georgetown, next to the Sheraton, serving American cuisine with an inventive twist and Texas hospitality. The kitchen builds its menu around locally sourced ingredients, and the bar runs on professionally trained bartenders mixing classic and creative cocktails.

The main menu runs from street tacos and hickory smoked wings to Angus burgers, sizzling fajitas, brisket mac and cheese, and entrees like blackened salmon and a brown sugar glazed bone-in pork chop, plus wood-fired pizzas and a rotating weekday lunch special. Weekend brunch runs Saturday a la carte and Sunday as an all-you-can-eat buffet, with dishes like chicken and waffles, the Boss Hog biscuit plate, and Round Rock Donuts among the sweets.

Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 6pm with $2 off drafts, well spirits, house margaritas and select wines, and Music in the Yard brings live music to the two outdoor patios every Friday and Saturday evening. Parking is free, either valet or self-park in the Sheraton garage and north lot.
