Simmer Down Cafe

Simmer Down Cafe is a family-owned Southern comfort food restaurant that's served Georgetown, Texas since 2017, on Williams Drive near Sun City. Southern staples anchor the menu, from chicken and waffles to a build-your-own omelet bar for breakfast.

The kitchen turns out Southern comfort classics: fried catfish, chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak, liver and onions, fried pork chops, and a hamburger steak called the Old Timer, plus breakfast served all day with omelets, chicken and waffles, and biscuits and gravy.
